635bet Registration

Yes, creating a 635bet account is completely free — there are no registration fees or monthly charges. Fill in the form with your details, confirm your email, and you'll have immediate access to the platform. Your first deposit is optional and can be made whenever you're ready, from R$ 20.00 via Pix. 635bet charges nothing to create an account.

To register on 635bet, you'll need to provide: full name, CPF, date of birth, email address, phone number, and state. All information must be accurate — it's used for identity verification, account security, and withdrawal processing. False information will result in account suspension and loss of balance. You don't need to submit documents at registration, but verification may be required before your first withdrawal.

Your CPF is used to confirm you are 18 or older, verify your identity, and link withdrawals — all 635bet withdrawals are made exclusively to the Pix key or bank account tied to the account holder's CPF, preventing third parties from accessing your balance. CPF is also required to comply with KYC (Know Your Customer) obligations applicable to payment and betting platforms in Brazil. Your data is handled in accordance with the LGPD.

No. 635bet allows only one account per person. Duplicate accounts are detected by CPF, email, device, IP address, and banking details — all are blocked when identified and the balance may be withheld. If you've forgotten your password or are having trouble accessing your existing account, contact support at contato@635bet.click before attempting to create a new account.

635bet is a platform exclusively for users aged 18 and over. Age verification is mandatory during registration and may be requested again before your first withdrawal. Accounts belonging to minors are closed immediately, with the balance returned to the legal guardian upon verification. If you suspect a minor is using the platform, please report it at contato@635bet.click.

The 635bet confirmation email usually arrives within seconds of registration. If it's not in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, go to the 635bet login screen and use the "Resend confirmation email" option. If the issue persists, reach out via live chat or by contato@635bet.click with the email used at registration.

Depositing on 635bet

The minimum deposit at 635bet via Pix is R$ 20.00. The balance is credited to your account within seconds of the bank confirming the transfer — no waiting, no hassle. You can deposit from any Brazilian bank that supports Pix: Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, Santander, and any other institution participating in the Central Bank's Pix network.

635bet accepts the following deposit methods, all in BRL: Pix (instant, any bank), boleto bancário, credit card, debit card, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfer. Pix is the most popular method — it's instant and free, with confirmation arriving in seconds. None of these payment methods carry any additional fee from 635bet.

Pix deposits are confirmed within seconds in the vast majority of cases. If your balance hasn't shown up after 5 minutes, check: (1) whether the transfer was completed successfully in your banking app — the receipt should show a status of "Paid" or "Confirmed"; (2) whether you transferred to the correct Pix key generated by the 635bet platform. Each QR Code is only valid for a few minutes — if it has expired, generate a new one. If everything looks correct and your balance still hasn't appeared, contact support via live chat and send your transfer receipt.

No. 635bet does not charge any additional fees on deposits. The amount you transfer is the amount that appears in full in your account balance. Your bank may charge its own fees depending on the method — but Pix is free for individuals at all Brazilian banks by order of the Banco Central.

635bet does not impose a maximum deposit limit by default, but you can set voluntary responsible gambling limits — daily, weekly, or monthly — directly in your account settings under "Responsible Gambling". These limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period. To learn more, visit our Responsible Gambling.

635bet Withdrawal

Most Pix withdrawals at 635bet are processed in under 5 minutes after the request is submitted. During high-volume periods, it may take up to 30 minutes. The withdrawal is sent directly to the Pix key linked to the CPF registered on your account — withdrawals to third-party keys are not permitted. If more than 2 hours have passed with no payment received, contact support via live chat with the amount and time of your request.

The minimum withdrawal amount at 635bet is R$ 20.00. There are no withdrawal fees — the amount you request is the full amount received at your Pix key. To request a withdrawal, go to "Financials" in your account, select "Withdrawal", enter the amount, and confirm. Withdrawals are processed automatically to the CPF associated with the account.

635bet carries out identity verification (KYC) before processing first withdrawals or when unusual account activity is detected. You'll need to submit a photo of your ID (RG, CNH, or passport) and a selfie. This process protects your account from unauthorized use by third parties. Once submitted, the review is completed within 24 business hours. Subsequent withdrawals from the same account are generally processed without additional document verification.

No. 635bet charges no withdrawal fees. If you request R$ 500.00, you receive R$ 500.00 to your Pix key. Pix is also free for individuals, so withdrawals are completely cost-free. The only thing that can hold up an immediate withdrawal is an active bonus with a pending rollover — in that case, the bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is met, but your real balance remains available for withdrawal at any time.

Bonus balance must meet the specified rollover requirement before it can be withdrawn. The rollover for each bonus is detailed in the corresponding promotion's terms. Once the rollover is completed, the bonus balance automatically converts to real balance and becomes available for withdrawal as normal. Your real balance — deposited directly or won from bets — can be withdrawn at any time, regardless of any active bonuses.

Bonuses & Promotions

635bet's welcome bonus is available to new users after their first deposit. The specific terms — amount, percentage, and rollover requirement — are displayed on the promotions page at the time of registration. Each bonus can be claimed once per CPF and device. Once the required rollover is completed, the bonus balance converts to real balance and becomes available for withdrawal as normal.

Rollover is the wagering requirement that must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a R$ 100.00 bonus with a 5x rollover, you need to wager a total of R$ 500.00 using that balance before withdrawing the converted bonus. At 635bet, rollover terms are written clearly and transparently on each promotion — no fine print that contradicts the headline offer. You can track your accumulated rollover progress in the promotions section of your account.

Every 635bet user is automatically placed in the Bronze tier of the VIP Program after their first deposit. Every BRL wagered earns points that move you up through the levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The cashback percentage for each tier is credited every Monday as real balance — no rollover, available to bet or withdraw right away. The rate ranges from 5% at Bronze to 30% at Diamond. For more details on tiers and benefits, visit the VIP Program.

Unfortunately, bonuses that have passed their expiration date cannot be recovered. The validity period for each bonus is clearly displayed at the time of redemption and in the promotions section of your account. We recommend checking your active bonuses regularly to make sure they are used before they expire. If you believe a bonus expired due to a system error, please contact support via live chat with the bonus details and the expected expiration date.

Sports Betting

635bet covers more than 35 sports, with a special focus on the Brazilian market. Highlights include: football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Premier League, Champions League, and more), volleyball (women's and men's Superliga), basketball (NBB and NBA), MMA/UFC, tennis, Formula 1, e-sports (CS2, League of Legends, Valorant, Dota 2), beach volleyball, futsal, and handball. Every sport features both pre-match and live markets with real-time odds.

Live betting at 635bet lets you place wagers on sporting events as they unfold. Odds update in real time based on how the game is progressing — a momentum shift, a goal, or a foul near the box can change the odds within seconds. To get started, go to the "Live" section of the platform and browse all events with open markets at that moment. You can track your open bets and the live score directly on your phone screen.

To build an accumulator bet at 635bet, select multiple markets from different events — the system automatically adds them to your bet slip. Each time you click an odd, it's included in the slip and the system multiplies the odds to show your total potential payout. Simply confirm the slip with all selected markets and enter your stake. With accumulators, every event must be correct for the winnings to be credited.

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or permanently suspended before an official result, 635bet refunds the amount wagered on that market as real balance — with no rollover. For accumulator bets, the cancelled market is removed and its corresponding odds are replaced with 1.00, keeping the remaining legs of the accumulator valid. The full event settlement policy is available in the platform's Terms and Conditions.

Live Casino & Slots

635bet offers a full Live Casino catalog with real dealers streaming in high definition, available 24 hours a day. Games include blackjack (multiple tables with different limits), European and American roulette, baccarat, live poker, and game show titles like Crazy Time and Mega Ball. Everything is accessible directly from your phone or computer — no app download required. To browse the full catalog, visit the Live Casino.

635bet slots are digital slot machine games featuring various themes, payline structures, and bonus mechanics. Each slot has an RTP (return to player) set by the game provider, which indicates the theoretical percentage paid back in winnings over many spins. The outcome of every spin is determined by a certified RNG (random number generator). To play, select the slot you want, set your bet amount per line, and start spinning. Some slots offer free spins and special multipliers.

Crash games are fast-paced games where a multiplier starts at 1x and climbs progressively until it "crashes" at a random moment. You place your bet before each round begins and must cash out before the crash — if the multiplier drops before you cash out, you lose the bet. If you cash out in time, you win your stake multiplied by the multiplier at the moment of cash out. Aviator is the most popular crash game in Brazil and is available in the 635bet catalog.

Account Management

On the 635bet login screen, click "Forgot my password". Enter your registered email address and you'll receive a reset link within seconds. Click the link, create a new password of at least 8 characters, and log in as normal. The link expires in 30 minutes — if it does, simply request a new one. Check your spam folder if the email doesn't arrive in your inbox. If you're having trouble accessing your registered email, contact support at contato@635bet.click.

Changes to contact details — email and phone number — must be made through 635bet support with identity verification, to ensure no one can alter your information without your authorization. Contact us via live chat or at contato@635bet.click with the subject line "Contact Details Update", providing your new email or phone number. You will need to verify your identity with your CPF and possibly a photo ID.

To permanently close your account, contact support via live chat or by email at contato@635bet.click with the subject line "Self-Exclusion". The request is processed immediately, no questions asked. Any real balance available in your account will be returned via Pix to the registered CPF within 5 business days. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible — the account cannot be reopened. If you just need a break, consider the temporary pause options ranging from 24 hours to 6 months, available under Settings → Responsible Gambling.

A 635bet account can be blocked for several reasons: multiple failed login attempts (15-minute temporary lock), suspected fraudulent activity, violation of the Terms and Conditions (such as creating multiple accounts), a pending identity verification, or at the user's own request through responsible gambling tools. To find out the specific reason and resolve the situation, contact support at contato@635bet.click with the subject line "Account Review" and your full name and CPF.

635bet works directly in your mobile browser — Chrome on Android or Safari on iPhone — with no app download required. The platform is built as a PWA (Progressive Web App), loading quickly and delivering the same experience as a native app without taking up storage on your device. For one-tap access, you can add a 635bet shortcut to your phone's home screen directly from your browser.

Responsible Gambling

Go to Settings → Responsible Gaming in your account. Select "Deposit Limit", choose the period (daily, weekly, or monthly), and enter the maximum amount you want. The limit takes effect immediately. To lower a limit, the change is also immediate. To increase an existing limit, you must wait 7 days — a deliberate cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions. To learn more about all available tools, visit our Responsible Gambling.

For a temporary pause (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months): go to Settings → Responsible Gambling → Account Pause and select the period. The pause takes effect immediately, blocking access and all marketing communications. For a permanent, irreversible self-exclusion: contact support via live chat or at contato@635bet.click with the subject line "Self-Exclusion". Your real balance will be returned via Pix within 5 business days.

If you believe gambling is negatively affecting your finances, family, or professional life, the practical first step is to activate a pause or self-exclusion on 635bet right now. For specialized support, seek out a psychologist with experience in compulsive behaviors — across Brazil there are professionals who see patients both in-person and online.
