635bet Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

1. Definitions

To make these Terms and Conditions easier to read, the terms below have the following meanings throughout the document:

To create an account and use 635bet's services, the user must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and continue to meet them for as long as the account remains active:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 635bet strictly prohibits access by minors and reserves the right to request proof-of-age documents at any time.
• Be a resident of Brazil or have legal permission to use online betting services under the legislation applicable to your location.
• Not be enrolled in any active self-exclusion program — whether on 635bet or on any other betting platform.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information on the registration form. False data will result in immediate account closure and possible withholding of your balance.
• Not have had any previous account closed by 635bet for violation of these Terms.

Each user may create and maintain only a single account on 635bet. Detection of duplicate accounts — identified by CPF, IP address, device, bank details, or any other indicator — will result in the immediate blocking of all linked accounts and a review of all transactions carried out.

3. Your Account — Security & Responsibilities

Your 635bet account is personal and non-transferable. You are fully responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential, and for all activity carried out on the account, regardless of who performed it.

635bet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available for free in your account security settings. With 2FA active, any login attempt from an unrecognized device requires an additional verification via a temporary code, significantly reducing the risk of unauthorized access.

If login credentials are lost or suspected to be compromised, the user must notify 635bet support immediately through the support channel available 24 hours a day. 635bet is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the user's negligence in safeguarding their login information.

Account balances are denominated in Brazilian reais (R$) and do not earn interest, are not insured by any financial institution, and do not constitute a bank deposit. 635bet holds user funds in accounts segregated from the company's operational resources.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

635bet accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all in BRL:

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. Pix deposits are credited to the account within seconds of confirmation by the user's bank — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, or any other. Boleto bancário deposits may take up to 2 business days to clear. 635bet does not charge any additional fees on deposits via any available method.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. Pix withdrawals are processed in under 5 minutes after approval, with no fee. Funds will be credited exclusively to the Pix key or bank account linked to the registered CPF — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. 635bet may require identity verification before processing the first withdrawal or withdrawals above certain amounts.

Bonus balance: Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. To convert it into real balance available for withdrawal, the user must complete the rollover requirement stated in the specific terms of each promotion. Bonus balance is only used after the real balance in the account has been fully depleted.

635bet reserves the right to refuse, withhold, or reverse deposits or withdrawals in the following cases: suspected fraud or money laundering, bank details inconsistent with the registered account, withdrawal requests submitted before applicable rollover requirements have been met, or any situation requiring a security investigation.

5. Sports Betting

Bets on 635bet are confirmed when the user clicks "Confirm" on the bet slip and the system successfully records the transaction. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be canceled by the user, except in cases where the cash out feature is available and active for the market in question.

635bet covers more than 35 sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, Premier League, Champions League), volleyball (Superliga Masculina e Feminina, VNL Liga das Nações), basketball (NBB, NBA), MMA/UFC, tennis, e-sports (CS2, League of Legends, Dota 2, Valorant), and more. Available markets vary by sport and competition.

Bet settlement: Bets are settled based on official results published by the governing body of each competition. 635bet uses third-party data sources for automatic settlement — in the event of any discrepancy, the official version from the governing body prevails.

Cancelled or suspended events: If an event is canceled before it starts, or suspended and not completed within the timeframe established by the rules of each sport, bets are generally voided and the amount is returned to the user's balance as real balance. Bets on markets already settled before the suspension are not affected.

Cash out: The cash out feature lets you settle bets before the final result. The value offered is calculated in real time based on current odds and may be lower, equal to, or higher than the original stake. 635bet may suspend or remove cash out from specific markets at any time, particularly in highly volatile situations.

635bet reserves the right to limit, suspend, or refuse bets from any user for risk management reasons, without obligation to provide justification. Bets placed as a result of clearly incorrect odds errors may be voided by 635bet, with the stake returned to the user's balance.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

635bet periodically offers promotions and bonuses, including welcome bonuses for new users and the VIP Program's weekly cashback. The specific conditions for each promotion — amount, rollover, expiry period, and eligible games — are published on the promotion's page at the time it becomes available.

General rules for all bonuses:

• Each welcome bonus can be redeemed only once per user, CPF, IP address, and device.
• Bonuses have a defined expiry date. Any unused bonus balance that has not been used within that period will be automatically cancelled with no possibility of reactivation.
• Bonus balance may only be withdrawn after the rollover requirement specified in the promotion's terms has been fully met.
• Bets placed with bonus balance on markets with odds below 1.50 (decimal) may not count toward rollover completion.
• 635bet may cancel bonuses and withhold winnings generated from them if misuse or promotional abuse is detected.

VIP Program and cashback: The weekly cashback from the VIP Program is credited automatically every Monday with no rollover requirement — it is applied directly as real balance. Cashback percentages by tier (Bronze 5%, Silver 10%, Gold 15%, Platinum 20%, Diamond 30%) are calculated on the previous week's net betting volume and are subject to change with 7 days' prior notice.

7. Casino Games

635bet offers live casino games — blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and more — alongside slots, crash games, bingo, and other products from certified partners. All casino games use Random Number Generators (RNG) independently audited and certified, with RTPs documented and available for players to review.

Casino games are provided exclusively for entertainment purposes. The RTPs displayed represent theoretical long-term values and do not guarantee individual results in any given session. Each round or hand is a statistically independent event.

635bet reserves the right to end game sessions, void rounds, and withhold winnings in cases of proven technical malfunction, provider software failure, or any situation where the integrity of the outcome is in question. In such cases, the amount wagered in the affected round is returned to the user's balance.

Certain casino variants, such as live blackjack with real dealers, may have specific table limits that differ from the platform's general limits. Limits are clearly displayed in each game's interface before the session begins.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Use of 635bet's services is conditional on compliance with these conduct rules. The following practices are expressly prohibited and subject to the penalties described below:

• Multiple accounts: Creating or using more than one account on the platform, whether under your own details or someone else's.
• False information: Providing incorrect registration details, using fraudulent documents, or withholding information relevant to identity verification.
• Money laundering: Using the platform for financial transactions unrelated to genuine betting activity or to move funds of illicit origin.
• Bonus abuse: Using coordinated strategies to systematically exploit 635bet promotions, including placing bets on opposing outcomes across different accounts.
• Unauthorized automation: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with casino games without prior authorization.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting odds errors, technical glitches, or any abnormal platform behavior for personal gain.
• Unauthorized access: Attempting to access systems, data, or platform features beyond what is made available to regular users, or facilitating unauthorized access by third parties.

Detection of any of the above practices may result in: temporary account suspension, permanent closure, cancellation of active bonuses, forfeiture of winnings generated through prohibited practices, and reporting to the relevant authorities where required by law.

9. Responsible Gambling

635bet believes betting should be a form of entertainment — not a source of income or a way to solve financial problems. The platform provides the following self-control tools, accessible directly in your account settings:

• Deposit limit: Set a maximum deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. The limit takes effect immediately upon activation and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss limit: Set a loss limit per period. Once the limit is reached, new bets are automatically blocked until the next period begins.
• Temporary pause: Suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months. During the break, access to the platform is blocked and no promotional communications will be sent.
• Permanent self-exclusion: Request permanent account closure. Self-exclusion is irreversible and access will never be restored — regardless of any future requests from the user.

635bet is a platform for users aged 18 and over. Any evidence of use by a minor will result in immediate account closure and notification to the relevant authorities where applicable. 10. Account Closure

Users may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting 635bet support via email or live chat. Before closure, any available real balance will be refunded via Pix to the CPF on file, provided there are no pending verification restrictions or security investigations.

635bet may unilaterally close or suspend an account in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions;
• Proven suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity;
• Providing false information during registration or the verification process;
• Use of the platform by anyone under 18 years of age;
• Creating or using multiple accounts;
• Any conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform or other users.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, 635bet may hold the balance in the account until the investigation is complete. If the violation is confirmed, the balance may be confiscated and directed to organizations that combat problem gambling, in accordance with the platform's internal policies.

Following account closure, 635bet will retain the user's data for the period required by applicable Brazilian law — including the LGPD and financial sector regulations — before permanently deleting it.

11. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

635bet reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 7 days in advance via the registered email address and/or a notice on the platform.

Continued use of 635bet's services after a new version of the Terms takes effect constitutes automatic acceptance of the changes. If the user does not agree with the modifications, they must close their account before the changes come into effect.

The "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page indicates the current version of the document. Previous versions may be requested from support for up to 12 months after they have been superseded.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For the resolution of any disputes arising from the use of 635bet's services, the courts of the district of São Paulo — SP are hereby elected as the exclusive venue, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
